Introduction to the basics of Journalling by Jill Overbury @jillandherjournal


Jill uses journalling as a creative outlet, to draw and write about my life, memories, experiences, feelings and anything else that is on my mind. It massively helps with maintaining a healthy mental health so I journal every day, even when it is tough!


Bring  a journal / book of your choice and a pen.

There will also be some materials available to experiment with and take away


This workshop will be taking place in the Dye Rooms at the Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings.

It may be chilly so dress warm.
